What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa or Master Card. No checks or money orders.

What format does my picture need to be in?

We accept only .jpg images

I forgot my password. How can I get it?

Please fill out the form on this page to have your password emailed to you.

I forgot my username. How can I get it?

Your username is your e-mail address.

Will this be a one-time charge, or will my membership be renewed automatically?

Upon signing up you can choose to either renew your membership manually or to have us renew it automtically upon your next membship renewal date. You can always change your payment options when logged into your account.

Do I need to install any software on my computer?

No! Our software is strictly online. You will never have to download anything from us. Plus, this allows you to try on a hairstyle on any computer with internet access.

Do I need my own photo?

No. But to really take advantage of our program, having your own photo will help see what you will look like before you get your hair styled or cut.

When I try to upload my picture I get, "The file is too large in size, please upload a smaller photo" error message. What does this mean?

We have limited the size of your picture file to 700kb for a better user experience.
